ROSEMARY COST
Rose Marie âRosemaryã Cost, 87, of Rayland, Ohio, died Tuesday, May 30, 2017 in East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, Ohio.
She was born May 21, 1930, in Martins Ferry to the late Patsy and Frances Riccelli-Scarfo
She was a former employee of C&P Telephone Co. in Wheeling, and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tiltonsville, the Catholic Womenás Club, St. Vincent Helping Hands and the St. Francis Society
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by  her husband, John F. Cost Sr. on July 20,1986; a brother, Joseph Scarfo; and four sisters, Catherine Marino, Anna Mingo, Josephine Bumbico and Mary Sarratore.
Surviving are her son, John (Nancy) Cost of Wellsburg; two daughters, Judy (Steve) Rykowski of Connorville, Ohio, and Audrey (Richard) Coup of Rayland; eight grandchildren; and 23 great- grandchildren.
A memorial funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, June 5, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father William Cross as celebrant. Inurnment in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
