NANCY LEIS
Nancy Catherine Leis, 67, of State Route 151, Rayland, Ohio, formerly of Yorkville, Ohio, died Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Lizaás Place in Wheeling, W.Va.
Nancy was born Jan. 23, 1950 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, as the daughter of the late Peter and Anna Vass Leis.
She served as the secretary and clerk of the Tiltonsville Water and Sewage Department. She was a member of St. Josephás Catholic Church in Tiltonsville. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, Facebook and her family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, David Leis and Richard Petras, as well as her special dog, Tippers.
She is survived by a son, Richard âRickã (A.J.) Maguire of Rayland, with whom she resided; a brother, Robert (Jean Ann) Petras of Mount Pleasant, Ohio; a step-brother, Ralph (Maureen) Leis of Canonsburg, Pa.; a sister, Susan (Frank) Puskas of Rayland, Ohio; a step- sister, Barbara Leis of Warren, Ohio; a granddaughter, Brooke Maguire; and many nieces and nephews; great- nieces and great-nephews; and her special cat, Raschel.
Friends will be received to celebrate Nancyás life from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, Ohio. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Father William Cross officiating. 
Burial will be in Upland Cemetery in Yorkville, Ohio.
