John Carroll, II, (Jay), 51, of Rayland, OH, died Sunday, March 12, 2017 at his home.

John was born on March 13, 1966 in McKees Rock, PA, to Vivian (Clower) and the late John Carroll.

John is survived by his mother, Vivian(Stephen) Luzar, of Niles, OH; a sister, Susan DeMalio, of Cadiz, OH; a brother, Christopher Carroll, of PA; a step sister, Lori Bolen, of Niles, OH; a step brother, Stephen Luzar, of Niles, OH; two grandsons, Christian and Austin; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to John and celebrate his life on Thursday from 5-8 at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH and on Friday from 11 until the time of service at 1 pm with Reverend Marvin Schooler officiating.
