Jeffrey W. Saffell, 52, of Bridgeport, OH, died, Monday, April 24, 2017 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, in Wheeling, WV.

Jeff was born on December 29, 1964 in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Starling and Mary Mae (Meeker) Saffell Sr.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Lynn Saffell.

Jeff is survived by two brothers, Starling Saffell Jr. and Floyd (Carol) Saffell; two sisters, Cheryl Little and Lorie (Russell) Conway; several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews and his girlfriend, Ruth.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH.
