Raymond Leon Frye

Raymond Leon Frye, 63, of Rayland, OH, died, Thursday, August 2, 2018, at James Cancer Center, in Columbus, OH.

Raymond was born on April 8, 1955, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Avery and Thelma (Harris) Frye.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Avery Frye.

Raymond earned his B.S. from Ohio University and was a sports editor for the Messenger, in Athens, OH and was employed at Fairy River Links for 21 years.

He is survived by his brother, Kenneth (Carol) Frye and two sisters, Karen Zontini and Patricia Byers.
