Randy Lee Rice, 59, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away, Tuesdday, March 3, 2026, at Wheeling Hospital, WVU.
Randy was born on June 20, 1966, in Martins Ferry, OH, to Emma “Tammy” (Thomas) Rice and the late Larry Lee Rice.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his fiancé Valerie Rivera.
In addition to his mother, he survived by two brothers, Dean (Gail) Rice and Ernest Rice; two sisters, Tonya Rice and Jennifer (Mike) Porter and several nieces and nephews.
