Patricia "Patty" Smith

Patricia Ann Smith, 66, of Rayland, OH, died, Thursday, July 22, 2021, at Wheeling Hospital.

Patty was born on January 18, 1955, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Russell and Anna (Habig) Billingsley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Becky McAninch; a niece, Sarah Billingsley and a nephew, Danny Winland.

Patty is survived by her husband, Donald Smith Sr.; two sons, Donald Smith Jr. (Ashley Laffey) and Jonathan (Dee) Smith; a daughter, Missy Smith (Steve Winland); six brothers, Rusty (Kim), Clyde, Ron, Bruce (Dorita), Bobby and Dave (Audra) Billingsley; five sisters, Tammy (Mike) Van Fossen, Janet Billingsley, Mary (Joe) Sable, Diane Altop and Amy (Bill) Winland; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Patty and celebrate her life, Tuesday, July 27th, from 3-8 at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, 11 am, from the funeral home with Reverend James Agnew officiating.

Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, OH.
