Michael A Olinski Sr
Mike “Bear” Olinski 70, of Colerain, unexpectedly went home to be with God on Tuesday May 19, 2020. He was retired from Ormet Aluminum Corporation. He worked as a part-time Security Guard with McKeen Security at EORH and was a part time employee for The Martins Ferry School District. He was preceded in death by an infant sister Mary, his mother Dina (Barsanti) and father Joe Olinski of Neffs.
Mike leaves behind his loving wife of 49 years Linda (Vargo), his son Michael ”Hubba”(Amy), his daughter Malissa Olinski, and grandsons Cole and Corey, all of Colerain, He also leaves his sisters, Josie (Jim) Probst of Colerain, and Mary Jane Olinski of Columbus.
Mike will be missed by his fur babies Boobear, Precious, and Miss Kitty. He was a devoted member of St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church where he served as an usher, a Fourth-Degree Knight, and a long time volunteer of the Food Pantry. His smile lit up the room. He had a heart of gold, was always telling stories and had a joke to make anyone smile.
