Marla Balough

Marla, Gaudio, Balough, 74, of Yorkville, OH, passed away, Monday, May 19, 2025 peacefully at her home.  

Marla was born June 11, 1950, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Louis and Ann (Gaudio) D’Andrea.

Marla was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She was a member of the former St Lucy Catholic Church.  She loved to cook for her family and knew all of the generational recipes.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Balough, and her grandson Gabriel Balough Harkins.

She is survived by her two daughters, Lisa (John) McNicholas, Lori (David Pollock) Balough, brother, Joseph (Julie) Gaudio, and sister, LuAnn (Joe) Bodnar. 

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
