Mark Valenti, 67, of Rayland, OH, passed away, Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at his home.
He was born on January 13, 1959, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Jerry and Patricia (Deitch) Valenti.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Rick McKean.
Mark retired from Dasco as an office manager. He was the financial secretary and bar manager at The Indian Club, in Tiltonsville, OH. He was an avid fan of “The” Ohio State Buckeyes and the LA Raiders. Mark also enjoyed playing pinball and was known as the pinball wizard. His true passion was spending time with his grandchildren.
Mark is survived by his brother, Scott (Kim) Valenti; his sister, Kim Valenti Dela Cruz; his loving partner, Claudia Captor; his stepchildren, Deirdre (Tim) Lutz and Matthew (Ashley) McCauley; step grandchildren, Jak and Adalina McCauley; two nieces and two nephews.
Friends will be received to pay tribute to Mark and celebrate his life on Saturday, February 21st, from 1-6 pm, at the Borkoski Funeral home, Tiltonsville, OH.
