Margaret "Peg" DelVecchio

Margaret L. “Peg” DelVecchio, 79, of Rayland, OH, passed away, Friday, January 3, 2025, at Danbury of North Ridgeville, OH.

Peg was born on November 21, 1945, in Wheeling, WV, to the late George and Isabel (Hackett) Mills.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, George Mills and her sister, Kathy Mills.

Peg had over 40 years of employment with the telephone company, in Wheeling, WV. Also, she enjoyed refurbishing houses and furniture. When she wasn’t working on home projects, she enjoyed working in her yard.

Peg is survived by her husband of 58 years, Ken DelVecchio; her daughter, Meghan (Chip) Ilg; two sons, George (Karen) DelVecchio and David (Karena) DelVecchio; two sisters, Barbara (Allen) Marshall and Judy Dunzath; a brother Michael (Sharon) Mills; a sister in-law, Bonnie Mills and five grandchildren, Anthony (Grace) DelVecchio, Zachary DelVecchio, Nathan and Alex Lacey and Emily DelVecchio.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Peg and celebrate her life on Monday, January 13th, from 11 am until the time of service of 1 pm, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH, with Reverend Tom Thomas officiating.

Burial services will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens.
