Marcel Gene Lollini, 82, of Tiltonsville, OH, died, Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born on May 3, 1937, in Martins Ferry, OH to the late Marcel and Ida (Dolfi) Lollini.
Marcie was catholic by faith. He was a bricklayer for 64 years in the Weirton, WV, Local. He started his career as an apprentice. He became a journeyman and eventually General Foreman. Ultimately, Marcie was the owner of KOS-LOL Construction.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Margery (Anderson) Lollini; a son, Dino (Marie) Lollini, of Tiltonsville; a daughter, Gina (Paul) Lukas, of Yorkville; a brother, Tyrone (Pat) Lollini; three sisters, Elaine Hogan, Gail Bolock and Lydia Welch; two grandchildren, Clay Lukas (Lore’) and Brittany (Tyler) Lukas Desmet and a great-grandson, River Paul Desmet.
Friends will be received to pay tribute to Marcie and celebrate his life on Saturday, May 11th, from 10 am until the time of service of 2 pm, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH, with Father William Cross officiating.
Burial will follow at Upland Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice battling Cancer and Diabetes, in Marcie’s name.
