Lena Lollini

Lena Marie Lollini, age 95, passed peacefully at Good Shepherd Nursing Home, on March 12, 2021. Her family can attest that Lena was one of the purest spirits of goodness and love that ever lived. An unkind thought never entered her mind nor passed from from her lips. She was born July 20th, 1925 to Joseph and Mary (Schieda) Lollini in Tiltonsville Ohio. Lena attended Tiltonsville Elementary and Warren Consolidated High School. She graduated high school as the valedictorian of the class of 1943. After graduation she worked for Blaw-Knox Corporation, Belot Block, and Lollini Masonry, which became Lollini and Sons Inc., where she worked for over 50 years. Lena was devoted to her parents and family, loved to garden, and the company of her loved ones. She was always there to provide encouragement and support, especially to her nieces and nephews. Lena found comfort in her Roman Catholic faith and attended St. Joseph Church in Tiltonsiville. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother William O. Lollini (Alfredda). She will be sadly missed and survived by her niece Mary Scherer (late husband Joe) and nephews Randall Lollini (Mary) and William J. Lollini (Sandy). Lena is also survived by nine great nieces and nephews, and eleven great great nieces and nephews, whom she was very proud of and loved. They mourn the loss of a very special aunt. There will forever be a hole in our hearts that our Aunt Lena filled with her love and endless devotion. Her wisdom, influence, love, and beautiful spirit will always be honored and cherished by all those whom were lucky enough to have known her. Private services will be held in her honor, and will be announced at a later date.
