Kenneth Michael Sempkowski

Kenneth Michael Sempkowski, 86, of Rayland, OH, passed away, Thursday, December 25, 2025, at Park Health Center, in St. Clairsville, OH.

Ken was born on March 31, 1939, in Glen Robbins, OH, to the late Joseph and Sadie Sempkowski. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Sempkowski; his daughter, Cheryl Sempkowski and three brothers, John, Joe and Don Sempkowski.

Ken served in the United States Army.  He retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Mingo Junction Plant. He was a member of the VFW and the Hazelwood Hills Boat Club.

Ken is survived by two sons, Chuck (Kiki) Sempkowski and Kenneth (Janet) Sempkowski Jr; two daughters, Connie (Frank) McNeil and Vickie (John) Williamson; his brother, George Sempkowski; two sisters, Geneva Davis and Rosalie Davis; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Ken and celebrate his life on Friday, January 2nd, from 11 am until the time of service of 2 pm. The Yorkville VFW will conduct full military services at 2pm.

Burial will follow at Upland Cemetery, Yorkville, OH.
