Joseph Andrew Kurucz JR, 94, Of Glen Robbins, OH, died, Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at Wheeling, Hospital.
He was born on November 5, 1926, in Triadelphia, WV, to the late Joseph and Rose (Kuhn) Kurucz.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Erna Kurucz; a sister, Rose Lukas and two brothers, Robert and William Kurucz.
Joe served in the United States Army. He was a World War II Veteran and a lifetime member of the VFW Post 4811. He was retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Yorkville, OH.
He is survived by two sons, Steven Kurucz and Ron (Brenda) Kurucz, of Rayland, OH; a brother, Lewis (Regina) Kurucz, of Connorville; two grandchildren, Krista (Ryan) Blackwell, of St. Clairsville, OH and Jarred (Kaylie) of Richmond, OH and two great-grandchildren, Adam and Avery Blackwell.
Friends will be received to pay tribute to Joe and celebrate his life on Friday, March 26th from 11 am until the time of service of 1 pm, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH, with Pastor Cindy Foster officiating.
Mask and social distancing are preferred during visitation and funeral services.
