Joseph E. Kerns, 46, of St. Clairsville, OH, died, Friday, August 13, 2021, in Columbus, OH.
He was born May 23, 1975, in Radcliff, Kentucky to David Kerns and Emma (Stopski) Kerns.
Joey was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Stanley and Anna Stopski.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Shannon Smith and David E. Kerns III and a sister, Charlene (Mark) Sirca.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
