John E. Zigo

John E. Zigo, 87, of Wheeling, WV, passed away, Friday, December 20, 2024, at Peterson Health & Rehabilitation Center.

He was born February 23, 1937, in Blaine, OH, to the late Paul and Rose (Rosko) Zigo.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his wife Vicki (Naples) Zigo; a brother, George Zigo and two sisters, Mary Ann Zigo and Rosemarie Visvary.

John served in the United States Marines. After serving his country, John was employed with and retired from the former Wheeling Wholesale Grocery. He was a member of the Elm Grove Eagles and the National Wildlife League.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to John and celebrate his life on Friday, December 27th, from 11am the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH.

Full Military services will be conducted by the Belmont County Honor Guard, at the funeral home beginning at 11:45 am, with funeral services following at 12 pm.
