John Neilly Jr

John Neilly Jr, 76, of Smithfield OH, died, Monday, July 27, 2020, at his home.

He was born on May 30, 1944, in Wheeling, WV, to the late John and Dorothy (Eakin) Neilly SR.

John served in the United States Army, and was a member of The Army Security Agency. He was retired from The Labors Local 809, Steubenville, OH.

He is survived by two sons, Jeffrey (Theresa) Neilly and John (Ronda) Neilly III; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to John and celebrate his life on Friday, July 31st, 11 am until the time of service of 1 pm, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH, with Pastor James Monogioudis as celebrant.
