John M. (II) Lewis

John M. Lewis II, 38, of Dillonvale, OH, passed away, Monday, April 15, 2024, on State Route 150, Rayland, OH.

He was born on April 20, 1985, in Wheeling, WV, to Melody (Banal) and John Lewis.

John was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ray and Patricia Bazar; grandfathers, Dave Banal and Joel Lewis and grandmother, Barbara Handley.

In addition to his parents, John is survived by his daughter, Destanie Lewis; two brothers, Dennis and Michael Donley; two sisters, Amber (Lee) Paulsen and Brittany Mozingo; his uncle, Mark Lewis; several cousins and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to John and celebrate his life on Saturday, April 20th, from 2-7 pm, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH.
