John Fry Sr

John Fry Sr, 84, of Rayland, OH, passed away, Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at Gables Care Center, Hopedale, OH.

He was born July 6, 1937, in Rayland, OH, to the late William and Helen (Bruzda) Fry.

John was a retired member of Laborers Union Local 809. He served in the United States Army and was a lifelong member of the American Legion. He also belonged to the Mingo Sportsman Club.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Rose (Brown) Fry; son, John Fry Jr; daughter, Rosemary (Rick) Fisher; brother, Timothy (Pam) Fry; three grandchildren, Jennifer (Jake) Omaits, Allison Fry and Travis Fry and three great-grandchildren, Chloe and Mason Omaits and Vincent Di Manna.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to John and celebrate his life on Wednesday, December 15th, from 11 am until the time of service of 1 pm, at Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH, with Pastor Timothy Fry officiating.
