On Sunday, December 8, 2024, John Rodney “Rod” Conaway, age 72, of Wheeling, WV passed away surrounded by loving family. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Sharon Christine “Chris” Conaway (Blazeski); devoted father of Ian (Amy), Sean (Michele), Storm (Kayla) and Addy (Eric); beloved grandfather of Oliver and Royce Conaway; and sister Robin Conaway. Preceded in death by his parents Robert and Mary Jean (Oliver) Conaway. At Rod’s request there will be no ceremony.
