Jerome Howard

Jerome Lee Howard, 57, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away, Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Liza’s Place, in Wheeling, WV.

He was born on August 22, 1968, in Pennsylvania, to the late Barbara Deck and David Howard.

Jerome is survived by his daughter, Ja-lee Howard and his siblings, Brenda (Will) Davis, David (Donna) Howard, Robert Howard, Demetrieus Howard, Denise Howard, Samuel Howard and Barbara Ann Howard.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Jerome and celebrate his life on Saturday, September 6th, from 1 pm until the time of service of 4 pm, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH.
