Jeffrey (Sr) Goff

Jeffrey Goff, SR. 65, of Rayland, OH, passed away, Sunday, May 4, 2025, at Valley Hospice, Trinity West, in Steubenville, OH.

Jeff was born on May 13, 1959, in Martins Ferry, OH, to Dorothy (Steinman) Goff and the late Wallace Goff.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Cathy Goff; his brother, Richard Goff SR and his infant sister, Winona Goff.

Jeff was a graduate of Buckeye South, class, of 1977 and retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel, Yorkville Plant. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved woodworking. He’ll be greatly missed!

Jeff is survived by two sons, Jeff Goff JR and Scott (Stacy) Summers; a daughter, Kelly Grady; his sister, Terri (Don) Zeigler; several grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Private services are entrusted with Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH.
