Jack Neale

Jack Neale, 68, of Rayland, OH, died, Friday January 24, 20 at Wheeling Hospital.
 
Jack was born on March 27, 1951, in Martins Ferry, OH, to Betty (Meridth) and the late Jack Neale.
 
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Penny (Schiffner) Neale; a son, Tad (Carri) Neale; two daughters, Rebecca (Frank) Davis and April Neale (Robert); two brothers, Roland (Jody) and Barry Neale; a sister, Susan Maderia; nine grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
 
Friends will be received to pay tribute to Jack and celebrate his life on Wednesday, January 29th from 11 am until the time of service of 1 pm, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH, with Pastor James Monogoudis officiating.
