Gloria Basluke

Gloria A. Grywalski Basluke, 71, of Dillonvale, OH, passed away, Thursday, May 15, 2025, at UPMC, in Pittsburgh, PA.

Gloria was born on June 15, 1953, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Frank and Hazel (Crawford) Grywalski.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Basluke; two brothers, Bruce and Jimmy Grywalski; a sister, Frances Crawford; a nephew in-law, Jay DiLoreto and a great-great niece, Bayli DiLoreto.

Gloria was a member of St. Casimir Church. She worked as a cook at P&M Restaurant, in Adena and was an aide at McGraws Nursing Home. She was a free-lance caregiver and a lifelong farmer.

Gloria is survived by her niece, Penny DiLoreto; a great-niece, Amanda DiLoreto; two great-nephews, Jason (Mallarie) DiLoreto and Jacob DiLoreto and several great-great nieces and nephews.

Memorial services are being held at the Piney Fork Presbyterian Church on Friday, May 23rd, from 4-7, with a dinner to following.
