Georgette L. Burge

Georgette Lynn Burge, 68, of Yorkville, OH, went home to be with the Lord on December 22, 2024, from her home.

She was born on July 25, 1956, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Edward and Ada May Ring.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her fiancé, Gary Beck; two brothers, Joe Fry and Allen Ring; daughter, Amy Ring; granddaughter, Sarah Ring and brother in-law, Michael Dobson.

Georgette was a very loving and caring person. She would give the shirt off her back to someone in need. She will be missed greatly!

She is survived by four children, Brian (Jennifer) Ring, of Kemper, TX, Christina Koller, of Rayland, OH, James Ring, of Yorkville, OH and Lisa Ring, of Steubenville, OH; her brother, Thomas (Julie) Ring, of Martins Ferry, OH; two sisters, Kathleen Dobson, of Winter Park FL and Barbara (Bruce) Grimes, of Kings Island, GA; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren who she loved more than anything.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Georgette and celebrate her life on Tuesday, December 31st, from 11 am until the time of service of 12 pm, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH, with Reverend James Agnew officiating.

Burial will follow at Upland Cemetery, Yorkville, OH.
