Franklin Vostatek, 76, of Steubenville, OH, died, Monday, January 11, 2021, at Presbyterian Hospital, in Pittsburgh, PA.
He was born January 25, 1944, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late John and Louise Vostatek.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 48 years, Jodee (Fletcher) Vostatek; four brothers, Leroy, John, Charles Vostatek and Joe (Dolan) Vostatek and a sister, Barbara Gavarkavich.
Frank was a proud Educator and Administrator for Grant School, located in Steubenville City Schools, Toronto, Buckeye Local and Wellston School Districts. He was an avid traveler and loved playing golf. Frank was a devout Christian who loved the Lord and his family. Frank was an excellent provider, protector and rock for his family. He will be missed greatly.
He is survived by his son, Franklin J (Melissa) Vostatek; two daughters, Stephanie Balk and Christy Vostatek; two brothers, Cecil (Joy) and Lou Vostatek; six grandchildren, Louie and Amy Balk, Joey and Jessica Walkosky and Frankie and Alivia Vostatek and special friend and companion, Lola Swanagan.
Friends will be received to pay tribute to Frank and celebrate his life on Friday, January 15th, from 2-8, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, 12 noon, from the funeral home, with Pastor Jim Monogioudis officiating.
Mask and proper social distancing will be expected at the funeral home.
