Frank Lee Smith Sr.

Frank Lee Smith Sr., 58, of Martins Ferry, OH, died, Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at Wheeling, Hospital.

He was born on June 23, 1962, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Calvin and Thelma (Deck) Smith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Roxane Smith.

Frank was a former employee of Martins Ferry Water Department. He was president of his neighborhood watch group and coordinated events for the children of his community.  He loved playing Santa at Christmas.  He was an avid Fisherman and a competitive darts player. He was a big fan of the Green Bay Packers.

He is survived by his son, Frank Lee Smith Jr.; three daughters, Shailyn Smith, Maddison Smith and Cheyenne Mosby; a brother, Michael Smith; two sisters, Evelyn and Denise Smith and four grandchildren.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Frank and celebrate his life on Friday, July 10th, 11 am until the time of service of 1 pm, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH, with Bishop Eric Richardson and Reverend James Agnew as celebrants.
