Evelyn Martha Lazasz

Evelyn Martha Lazasz, 97, of Tiltonsville, OH, died Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at the Inn at Bear Trail, in Lewis Center, OH.

She was born July 27, 1923, in Powhattan PT., OH, to the late Anthony and Martha (Tomcak) Romananosky.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, John”Spinner” Lazasz; four sisters, Regina Childers, Margaret Fetsko; Marie Cylbulski and Dorothy Condor and four brothers, Richard, Robert, Edward and Alfred Romanosky.

Evelyn was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Tiltonsville, OH. She will always be remembered for her great sense of humor and bubbly personality. Evelyn will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Rock) Cullen, of Columbus, OH; two grandchildren, Erin (Angela) Cullen and Kimberly (Greg) Bohall; seven great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

Due to Coronavirus, the family will have a private visitation, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH.

Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be held Monday, January 11th, 12 noon, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiltonsville, with Father William Cross officiating.

Burial will follow at Upland Cemetery, Yorkville, OH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, in Evelyn’s name.
