Edward N Finney

Edward N. Finney sadly passed away on February 19, 2020 in Tucson, Arizona.   Edward and his late wife Beatrice of 68 years moved to Tucson 8 years ago to be close to their only son Rockey .  Born on September 26th 1921 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, he was 98 years old.  He is survived by his son Rockey D. Finney, his daughter-in-law Diane Finney, his granddaughter Brittany Finney Dodds and her husband Justin Dodds.  Edward lived a full and fun filled life with great friendships, love of family, a passion for gardening and Ohio State.  The collection of Ohio state memorabilia that he and his wife collected over the years showed their impressive dedication to all things Buckeyes. He served our country in the US Army as a medical technician and enjoyed managing the orchards at the OSU branch farm in Canfield, Ohio for 27 years.  He was also a licensed auctioneer in both Ohio and Pennsylvania for over 30 years.   He will be remembered always as an incredible father, and grandfather to his family.  Visitation we be held at Borkoski Funeral Home, 337 Jefferson St, Tiltonsville, Ohio 43963, on Friday, February 28th from 3:00 to 8:00 pm and the service will be held on Saturday, February 29th at 10:00 am, at the funeral home with Reverend Tom Thomas officiating.
