Doris Lee Stilwell

Doris Lee Stilwell, 93, formerly of Rayland, OH, died, Friday, September 20, 2019, at Forest Hills Care Center, in St. Clairsville, OH.

She was born on December 1,1925, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Charles and Georgia (Sivert) Koch.

She and her husband, Curtis, were owners of Stilwell Auto Sales Inc until 2009. She also was a member of the Rayland United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Stilwell; 3 brothers, August, Charles and David Koch; six sisters, Margaret Mahoney, Elizabeth Burd, Glendora Martin, Patricia Soltis, Rose Roberts and Naomi Koch; three daughters, Yvonne Stilwell, Snowe Snodgrass and Wende Varlas; infant grandson Jason Kalman and great-granddaughter, Willow Stilwell.

Doris is survived by two sons, Curtis Stilwell Jr and David “Cookie” (Donna) Stilwell; a daughter, Darla (Jim) Kalman; nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Doris and celebrate her life on Monday, September 23rd, from 3-8, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH.

Funeral services will be on Tuesday, at 11 am, from the funeral home, with Reverend Dan Holt officiating.

Burial will follow at Upland Cemetery.
