Deborah DeLozier

Deborah DeLozier, 60, of Richmond, OH, died, Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at Mercy Hospital, in Pittsburgh, PA.

She was born on November 1, 1957, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Robert E. and Jo Ann (Cline) Williams, Sr.

Deborah was an OSU Alumni.

She is survived by her daughter, Ashley (Zachary) Singer; a brother, Robert E.  (Vickie) Williams Jr; two grandchildren, Zoey Kenned and Ethon Singer; two great-grandchildren; a step son, Trevis Faulkner; a step daughter, Wendy (Joe) Outward; a step granddaughter, Amber Fleming and former husband, and still friend, Lawrence (Marcia) Faulkner Jr.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Deborah and celebrate her life on Friday, September 14th from 5-8 at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH.
