Caroline "Carann" Rico

Caroline “Carann” Rico, 60, formerly of Tiltonsville, OH,  passed away November 5, 2021, at her home, in Hilliard, OH.

She was born May 27, 1961, in Wheeling, WV, to the late Frank and Ethel Ann (Savanyo) Rico Sr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her infant son, Joshua Joseph.

Carann was a 1979 graduate of Bellaire St. Johns. She graduated from the School of Nursing at Ohio Valley Medical Center. She was an RN at the Children’s Hospital in Columbus Ohio, specializing in the premature ward. Carann loved being a nurse, especially helping the children. She will be greatly missed.

Carann is survived by three brothers, John (Carol) Rico, of Colerain, OH, Frank Rico Jr, of Tiltonsville, OH and Kevin (Carol) Rico, of Erwin, Pa; four nephews, Sean, Ryan, Kevin and Eric; a niece, Angelena; three great-nephews, Lucas, Christopher, Benjamin and a great-niece, Addison.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Carann and celebrate her life on Monday, November 22nd, from 2-4 and 6-8, with a vigil at 3:45, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH.

Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be Tuesday, 10 am, at St Joseph Catholic Church, Tiltonsville, OH, with Father William Cross officiating.
