Carol Lee Hicks

Carol Lee Hicks, 70, of Mt Pleasant, OH, passed away peacefully at her home, with her family by her side, after her struggle with Alzheimer’s.

Carol was born on June 17, 1953, in Wheeling, WV, to the late George and Eloise (Hissam) Becker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her favorite uncle, Clarence Becker and mother and father in-law, Alvin and Marge Hicks.

Carol is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, William “Bill” Hicks, of Mt. Pleasant, OH; her beloved daughters, Jeannette (Jeff) Lengyel, of Rayland, OH and Christine (Forest) Diehl, of Tiltonsville, OH; her adored, grandchildren, Jeffrey, Alexander, Brooklyn and Raygan; her sister, Sandy (Charles) Stull and Emma Jean Powell; a brother, Charles Becker; her lifelong friend, Marilyn Kolenich and her fur-baby Chloe.

There will be no services. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to Valley Hospice or Jefferson County Humane Society and Animal Shelter.

Arrangements were entrusted with Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH.
