Carlos Scott Obituary

Carlos E Scott, 75, formerly of Tiltonsville, OH, died, Monday, December 28, 2020, at Trinity West Medical Center, in Steubenville, OH.

He was born on July 15, 1945, in Dunglen, OH, to the late Frank and Freda (Scott) Shilinsky.

Carlos is served his country as a United States Marine and served two tours of duty in Vietnam.

He is survived by his daughter, Carla (Marc) Andes, of Mt. Pleasant, OH and his granddaughter, Jenna Pugh.

Private services are being conducted at the convenience of the family, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH, with Pastor Jim Monogioudis officiating.

Full Military Services will be conducted at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or any local Veterans Organization.
