Calliope Wren Kernen

Our sweet baby girl, Calliope Wren Kernen passed away peacefully in her parents' arms on August 7, 2022, at 7:15 pm.  She was born a few minutes after her twin sister, on July 16, 2022, at 4:41 pm, weighing 1lb 9 oz. 

Calliope was the daughter of Sasha Mitchell and Dakota Kernen. She is survived by one sibling, Catalina Kernen. Calliope is deeply loved by her grandparents, great grandparents, aunts and uncles, and so many more. 

Calliope gave us a lifetime of love during her short time on earth. She made us smile and cry but most importantly, she made us so proud for how hard she fought. Calliope was so sweet and precious, and she was loved by so many and will never be forgotten. 

Funeral service will be held at Borkoski Funeral Home in Tiltonsville, OH on Saturday August 27th at 10am. After the service we will have the burial at the Union Cemetery in Steubenville, OH.
