Betty Zeigler

Betty Zeigler, 97, of Rayland, OH, passed away, Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Villa Vista Royale, in Steubenville, OH.

She was born on March 2, 1926, in Hundred, WV, to the late Frank and Goldie (Wise) Masters.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Zeigler; her brother, Vincent Masters and her son, David Masters.

Betty was a member of the First Christian Church, in Martins Ferry, OH. She was also a member of Daughters of the Nile, Wheeling, WV and a member of the Eastern Star, Martins Ferry, OH.

Betty is survived by two sons, Ronald (Bettie) Zeigler Sr, of Cape Coral, FLA and Donald (Terri) Zeigler, of Rayland, OH; three grandchildren, Ronald (Juliana) Zeigler Jr, Melissa (Kelsey) Zeigler and Jessica Zeigler and one great grandchild, Evaleigh Zeigler.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Betty and celebrate her life on Sunday, January 7th, from 2 pm until the time of service of 5pm, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH, with Pastor Henry Lewis officiating.

Private burial will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to Valley Hospice or Shriners Children's Hospital, in Betty’s name.
