Barbara Beswick

Barbara Beswick, 91, formerly of Tiltonsville, OH, passed away, Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Commonwealth Senior Living at Hagerstown, in Hagerstown, Maryland.

She was born March 4, 1932, in Rayland, OH, to the late Jack and Alice (Cole) Hanlin.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Beswick; two brothers, Junior and Matthew Hanlin and her sister, Lucille Stewart.

Barb was a graduate of Buckeye South. In her early years, she was employed with M&K Market. She retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield where she was a Customer Service Specialist. Barb was a member of Yorkville Methodist Church. In her spare time Barb loved to work on crafts and travel.

Barb is survived by her two sisters, Betty Paice and Virginia (George) Bender and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Barb and celebrate her life on Tuesday, May 30th, from 11am until the time of service of 2 pm, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH, with Reverend Tom Thomas officiating.
